Centerpoint IT Labor Rate Schedule

Centerpoint’s current rate schedule as of December 1, 2024 is noted below. It is important to keep in mind that managed IT customers under ITessentials and phone support customers under Allworx IP Support (Plus) or hosted phone agreement receive reduced hourly rates on related services plus receive priority service over non-managed clients. Rates are subject to change. These rates are outlined below:

  • $175 per hour

    Allworx Phone Support, Hosted Phone Support and Level 1 Infrastructure Servcies. Regular business hours, 1 hour minimum onsite, 30 minute minimum remote. Minimum trip charge for onsite service is $75.

    Level 1

  • $250 per hour

    Emergency/Expedited Allworx Phone Support, Hosted Phone Support and Level 1 Infrastructure Servcies. Regular business hours, 2 hour minimum onsite, 1 hour minimum remote. Minimum trip charge for onsite service is $75. After hours service is subject to resource availability.

  • $195 per hour

    IT Labor (for ITessentials Managed Service customers only): Regular business hours, 1 hour minimum onsite, 30 minute minimum remote. Minimum trip charge for onsite service is $75. Overage billing rate for monthly bundled hours. Priority service interval (non-emergency): 1-3 business day response. (Managed – Standard Hourly Rate). Note Excludes Level 3+ CSIO (Chief Security Information Officer), AWS cloud and Azure cloud expert labor.

  • $260 per hour

    IT Labor (for Non-ITessentials Managed Service customers only): Regular business hours, 1 hour minimum onsite or remote. Minimum trip charge for onsite service is $75. Standard service interval: 5-7 business day response. (Non-Managed – Standard Hourly Rate). Note Excludes Level 3+ CSIO (Chief Security Information Officer), AWS cloud and Azure cloud expert labor.

  • $245 per hour

    IT Labor – Expedited (for ITessentials Managed Service customers only): Same day requested service or after business hour service, 1 hour minimum. Minimum trip charge for onsite service is $75. (Managed)

    Level 1, 2 and 3

  • $295 per hour

    IT Labor – Expedited (for Non-ITessentials customers): Same day
    requested service, 2 hour minimum. Minimum trip charge for onsite service is $75. Service After hour’s service is subject to resource availability. (Non-Managed)

  • $295 per hour

    Subject Matter Expert Labor (for ITessentials Managed Service customers only): CISO (Chief Information Security Officer), AWS cloud Level 3 engineering support or Azure cloud Level 3+ engineering support. Regular business hours, 1 hour minimum onsite, 30 minute minimum remote. Minimum trip charge for onsite service is $75. Priority service interval (non-emergency): 1-3 business day response. (Managed – Standard Hourly Rate).

    Level 3+ SME (Subject Matter Expert)

  • $435 flat fee

    Flat Fee Work Station/Laptop Standard Setup and Configuration (Standard SOW available upon request). Data migration costs, custom software and additional work may result in additional time billed. Shipping and handling billed separately. Trip charge for onsite delivery is $75.

    Centerpoint IT partners with United Parcel Service (UPS) for our shipping. Shipping is billed at shipping cost plus 20% with a minimum shipping fee of $35.00. Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the carrier assumes full responsibility for the delivery of your package. Any loss, damage, or delay that occurs during transit is the responsibility of the carrier. We recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number for any issues related to shipment status. If a package is lost or stolen after delivery, Centerpoint IT will file a claim on the behalf of the recipient with the carrier. Customers have the option to provide and pay for their own means of shipping and related insurance. This option will incur a $25 handling fee.
